Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of current operational workflows to detect inefficiencies and potential enhancements.
• Apply Lean, Kaizen 5S, and similar methodologies to advance process effectiveness.
• Help track resource deployment using data analytics to maximize utilization.
• Contribute to instituting best practices for resource management aimed at reducing waste and boosting efficiency.
• Monitor inventory amounts to maintain appropriate stock while curbing overstock.
• Assist in applying inventory control systems to enhance accuracy and minimize errors.
• Participate in routine inventory audits.
• Gather and organize operational data to assess the impact of process improvements.
• Prepare reports and presentations demonstrating operational performance and improvement results.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and industry standards across all operational procedures.
• Implement quality control steps to sustain superior operational standards.

Requirements

• Must be a full-time matriculated student with internship counting toward graduation.
• No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
• Strong interest in project management, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and project management software.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
