Overview
This internship role involves managing and strengthening partnerships with assigned merchant stores such as Chroma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital, and Apple Store. The intern will be responsible for educating merchants about EMI offers from Pine Labs, assisting with transaction processing, and ensuring smooth service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop strong business relationships with assigned merchant stores.
- Inform and educate merchants about Pine Labs EMI and various Brand EMI schemes.
- Assist merchants in carrying out Card EMI transactions using PoS machines.
- Provide support to merchants by addressing basic EMI and PoS machine-related queries.
- Promote and encourage the adoption of EMI options to improve merchant engagement and customer usage.
- Ensure flawless execution of EMI transactions at merchant locations.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of merchant visits and daily tasks.
