Role Summary and Your Contribution

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you will be pivotal in bringing FORMAS.AI's brand to life across a wide range of deliverables, including social media content, advertisements, brand assets, presentations, and videos. This role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship; you will take projects from initial guidance to fully polished, on-brand results. Utilizing AI tools will be integral to your workflow, enabling faster and more productive outputs. As you gain experience and demonstrate capability, your responsibilities and project ownership will expand.

Key Responsibilities

Create and execute visually compelling brand-aligned designs across multiple formats, including social media posts, advertising creatives, brand graphics, decks, and internal materials, integrating traditional design tools and AI solutions.
Manage content development from conceptual stages to finalized assets, catering to both detailed brand pieces and agile, social-focused posts and videos.
Independently conceive creative ideas and perspectives, collaborating closely with the Creative Lead to develop campaigns.
Self-manage your tasks, proactively troubleshoot challenges, and deliver results promptly without requiring extensive oversight.
Prepare concise copy for social and advertising when necessary, guided by a sense of effective messaging and supported by AI assistance.
Integrate AI seamlessly into your design workflow, employing it for image creation, editing, ideation, and accelerating productivity.

Required Skills and Experience

Exceptional visual sensibility demonstrated through a strong portfolio with an eye for design principles, typography, layout, and composition.
Background in design, art direction, motion graphics, or allied creative disciplines, supported by approximately 1 to 4 years of relevant experience or a compelling portfolio that stands on its own merit.
Proficiency with design and editing applications such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, and openness to adopting AI-driven creative tools.
Comprehensive understanding of social media platforms, including format requirements, pacing, and techniques to effectively capture audience attention.
Capability in video editing and motion graphics production, confidently creating and refining video content.
Self-motivated with the ability to receive direction well, demonstrating eagerness to rapidly advance creative skill sets.
An innovative, AI-first mindset keen to explore and experiment with various AI tools to enhance image, video, editing, and overall workflow capabilities.
