Role Details

Personal Lines Account Executive

• Provide frontline sales and customer service support, including generating quotes, offering coverage advice, processing renewals, and handling general policy administration.
• Respond to Personal Lines inquiries and manage documentation.
• Advise customers on insurance coverage options while ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and maintain thorough and compliant records.

Commercial Account Handler / Account Executive

• Manage a wide-ranging portfolio of commercial client accounts, overseeing renewals and policy documentation.
• Offer expert advice to business clients and negotiate competitive terms with insurers.
• Support client retention efforts and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Ensure accuracy of documentation and compliance adherence within the commercial team.
• Collaborate within a vibrant and team-oriented commercial department.
