About the Department

The Immigration Sales team aids individuals and families in navigating immigration processes to countries such as Canada, Australia, the UK, the USA, and Germany. The team concentrates on understanding clients' objectives, evaluating eligibility, and recommending the best pathways for skilled migration, family reunification, or permanent residency.

Your Role: Inside Sales Consultant

As an Inside Sales Consultant, you will serve as the initial contact point for clients interested in overseas education or immigration services. Your responsibilities will include counselling potential customers via phone, email, and in-person, delivering expert guidance, helping clients weigh their options, and supporting them throughout their journey to become Global Indians.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to discuss overseas education and immigration services across multiple channels.
• Provide tailored advice and support to help clients make well-informed decisions.
• Keep abreast of current immigration policies and visa regulations to deliver accurate guidance.
• Create customized client strategies that align with their personal goals and preferences.
• Achieve sales targets through effective client engagement and relationship management.

Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales, counselling, or customer service roles.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be proficient with online communication platforms and CRM tools.
• Maintain a target-focused, proactive attitude toward accomplishing results.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities with a strong customer service orientation.
• Adapt quickly and have a willingness to learn within a dynamic environment.
• Capable of working collaboratively within a team setting.
