Role Summary
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for outbound appointment setting focused on potential customers interested in home improvement projects. The role demands solid sales experience in call centers or general sales environments and includes paid and in-person training to enhance performance.
Key Responsibilities and Expectations
- Conduct outbound calls using automated dialing systems to engage and schedule appointments with prospects.
- Maintain a professional, courteous demeanor and demonstrate a positive, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Adhere to a reliable and punctual work schedule with a commitment to professionalism.
- Effectively utilize necessary equipment and stable internet connectivity, especially for work-from-home situations.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A minimum of 1-2 years sales experience in general sales or call center roles.
- Familiarity with automated dialing in call center settings.
- High school diploma or GED credential.
- Capability to maintain a quiet, professional work environment if working remotely.
- Work-at-home candidates must have a dual-screen setup to manage workflow and tasks efficiently.
Compensation and Schedule
- Competitive base pay ranging from 550 to 750 Jamaican Dollars per hour, depending on experience.
- Additional hourly bonuses and commissions from 300 up to 2,000 Jamaican Dollars, uncapped based on performance.
- Full-time availability with schedules covering 5 working days per week across Monday to Sunday.
Locations
Opportunities available at multiple sites including Kingston, St. Andrew, St. James, Montego Bay, Fairview, Portmore, and St. Catherine.
