About the Role
Oraph Private Limited seeks a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to promote its Algotest algorithmic trading products and associated financial services across the Delhi region. This on-site position requires converting potential leads into loyal customers while sustaining relationships through renewals and product upselling.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert both incoming and outgoing sales inquiries into paying customers.
- Market and sell Algotest’s subscription-based algorithmic trading products effectively.
- Drive sales growth through upsell, cross-sell, and renewal strategies, enhancing customer retention.
- Assess customers’ financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions accordingly.
- Manage ongoing communication and follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales and revenue goals monthly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to facilitate onboarding and deliver ongoing support to clients.
Candidate Requirements
- Between 1 to 3 years of prior experience in inside sales or telesales roles.
- Background in financial services domains such as algorithmic trading, insurance, mutual funds, demat and trading accounts, wealth management, fintech, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, persuasive negotiation, and effective sales skills.
- Basic understanding of stock markets or trading products is advantageous.
