About the Role

TalentPop App is seeking a dedicated Influencer Campaign Coordinator to manage the organization and execution of numerous influencer marketing campaigns. In this pivotal role, you will oversee projects from initial strategy development through to final performance evaluation, playing a vital part in advancing our e-commerce partners' success and overall company growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and implement influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives and KPIs.
• Source and engage with influencers who connect well with the target demographic.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and business partners.
• Organize and manage campaign schedules, content production, and deadlines.
• Conduct thorough quality checks of influencer content to ensure consistency with brand identity and messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports to extract actionable insights.
• Collaborate closely with social media and paid marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of one year’s proven experience managing influencer marketing or related campaigns.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms and awareness of current influencer marketing trends.
• Strong analytical abilities for evaluating performance metrics and data.
• Creative mindset with enthusiasm for innovative branding strategies.
• Possession of a personal computer or laptop (at least Intel i5 processor and 8GB RAM) and stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 25 Mbps.
