Role Overview

The Stripe Professional Services team assists customers across all scales to quickly integrate Stripe's functionalities. Our "Accelerate" program supports startups, SMBs, and enterprises through a streamlined onboarding process lasting 12 weeks, providing proactive assistance and access to best practice resources.

Responsibilities

• Lead full onboarding engagement from contract execution to launch for mid-market and enterprise clients.
• Design and manage integration frameworks, change management approaches, and project timelines for customers.
• Collaborate with Sales and Technical teams to enhance user experience within Stripe.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to influence product strategy based on user requirements.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to develop and scale implementation methodologies and operational efficiencies.

Candidate Profile

We seek committed, upbeat individuals who strive to exceed customer expectations. Although preferred skills are advantageous, they are not mandatory.

Minimum Qualifications

• Between 1 to 3 years of relevant professional expertise.
• Hands-on experience in customer-facing roles.
• Strong skills in analysis, quantitative reasoning, and operations management.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-moving environments.
• Proficient at juggling multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in technology, business administration, project management, or related disciplines.
• Excellent verbal and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience within a growth-focused internet or software company.
• Familiarity with the payments sector.
• Understanding of APIs.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
