About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our team remotely on a contract basis with a flexible commitment ranging from 10 to 40 hours per week. This role involves supporting various HR and administrative functions within our expert network and contributing to AI-driven research and enterprise initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
- Assist with talent acquisition and the onboarding process for new hires.
- Coordinate payroll operations and benefits management workflows efficiently.
- Develop, assess, and update HR policies ensuring compliance and consistent operational practices.
- Prepare detailed documentation and promote best HR practices to guide stakeholders.
- Work collaboratively in an asynchronous manner with teams on workforce planning and administrative tasks.
- Leverage HR knowledge to aid projects centered on AI research and enterprise development.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Proven experience in human resources operations, recruiting, or administrative leadership.
- Understanding of payroll systems, benefits management, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with strong organizational abilities.
- Capability to perform effectively in a remote and project-focused setting with minimal supervision.
