Overview
The Human Resources Lead at Agility plays a pivotal role within the HR department by overseeing a range of HR functions and ensuring the smooth execution of HR policies and procedures. This position involves leading the HR team and contributing to strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management, and managing people-related risks.
- Serve as the main connection between local operations and Corporate HR to communicate strategy, governance, and people-focused projects.
- Identify and escalate key compliance and organizational risks; participate in regional and corporate human resource initiatives.
- Handle government-related workforce transactions and ensure adherence to labor regulations using platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Maintain compliance with employment, immigration, and labor laws; stay informed on KSA regulatory changes and advise business and corporate leaders accordingly.
- Lead Saudization efforts, manage work authorization, employee registration, and coordinate regulatory audits.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, talent reviews, internal mobility, and separation processes.
- Coordinate payroll and HR operations with Corporate HR and shared services while ensuring accurate workforce data management.
- Address employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary processes, and investigations.
- Drive initiatives fostering employee engagement and retention that reinforce a high-performance culture.
- Lead workforce localization programs ensuring compliance with national employment quotas and requirements.
- Partner with leadership to attract, nurture, and retain local talent; establish collaborations with educational institutions and external stakeholders to enhance the national talent pipeline.
- Support national talent development programs aimed at long-term workforce sustainability and skill development.
- Assist in promoting the company’s employer brand within Saudi Arabia to establish Agility as a preferred employer.
- Utilize external networks, talent events, and community engagement opportunities to boost brand visibility and attract top local candidates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
- At least five years of progressively responsible HR experience with broad generalist coverage.
- Experience supervising HR teams is preferred.
- HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulatory requirements.
