Role Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment logistics such as job postings, interview arrangements, candidate interactions, and maintaining recruitment documentation.
  • Assist with onboarding processes including handling required documentation, system access requests, scheduling orientation, and facilitating employee communications.
  • Draft employment contracts, letters, and other related documents.
  • Ensure HR information systems and employee records are kept current, accurate, confidential, and secure.
  • Handle changes in the employee lifecycle including new hires, promotions, internal transfers, leaves, compensation updates, organizational shifts, and terminations.
  • Administer position management duties, including position creation and updates, maintaining organizational charts, and coordinating related changes.

  • Support learning management tasks, compliance reporting, offboarding procedures, and ongoing process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Payroll and other departments to oversee employee data management, timekeeping, and related queries.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an equivalent field, or comparable experience.
  • Between one and three years of experience in HR functions such as recruitment coordination or HR administration.
  • Familiarity with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management platforms, and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous.
