  • Communicate with governmental authorities as needed.
  • Administer housekeeping, security, canteen, transport, and guest house operations.
  • Manage vendor relations, annual maintenance contracts, petty cash, asset tracking, and office administration.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation bookings.
  • Coordinate training on induction, fire safety, first aid, and environmental health and safety; maintain training documentation.
  • Assist with ISO, EHS, and compliance audits.
