Role Summary

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our energetic team. This key role ensures the cleanliness, safety, and upkeep of our commercial facilities and surrounding areas. Maintaining hygienic, organized, and appealing environments, the Housekeeper contributes greatly to a welcoming atmosphere for staff, clients, and visitors alike.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out regular cleaning chores such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing various surfaces in the commercial premises.
• Maintain restroom hygiene by cleaning, disinfecting, restocking supplies, and adhering to sanitation standards.
• Lift and transport heavy items safely during cleaning, maintenance, or supply movement tasks.
• Follow rigorous safety protocols to ensure accident-free operations and a secure environment for all occupants.
• Sanitize patient rooms, tubs, showers, day rooms, offices, public spaces, laundry rooms, and nurses' stations.
• Clean all fixtures and equipment throughout the facility.
• Vacuum carpets and perform spot cleaning.
• Sweep and mop hard flooring including tile and concrete.
• Remove trash and replenish consumables like paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed.
• Water indoor plants and shrubs.
• Manage linen distribution and inventory to ensure adequate supplies.
• Track housekeeping chemical and supply inventories and report shortages to the supervisor.

Minimum Qualifications

• Documented experience performing janitorial or custodial tasks within commercial buildings.
• Physical capability to handle lifting and carrying tasks safely.
• Knowledge of cleaning products and established safety procedures.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to drive a box truck.
• Basic computer proficiency to handle work orders and communication.
