Overview

This role focuses on more than just cleaning guestrooms and making beds; it is about creating a unique and memorable guest experience through exceptional housekeeping services. Individuals in this position are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the entire hotel, covering guest rooms, public areas, and other spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Stock cleaning carts and supplies efficiently to ensure readiness.
• Clean and maintain guest rooms, corridors, and common areas to high standards.
• Perform physical tasks including standing, walking, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
• Adhere strictly to company policies, safety standards, confidentiality rules, and quality expectations.
• Present a professional image through uniform, appearance, and communication.

Additional Information

This is a full-time, non-management position based at King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, Dubai Marina, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is an onsite role that requires a hands-on approach and physical endurance.
