Role Overview

As a Host, your primary mission is to create a warm and inviting environment for every guest. You will greet visitors, manage the waitlist efficiently, keep the dining area organized, and ensure tables are prepared for incoming guests, all while maintaining a friendly and calm demeanor even during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant, setting the tone for their experience.
• Manage and coordinate the waitlist to maintain an optimal flow in the dining area.
• Communicate effectively with guests, updating them courteously about wait times.
• Ensure tables are cleaned and arranged promptly for the next group.
• Maintain composure and positivity during hectic situations.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• No prior restaurant experience is required as thorough training will be provided.
• Friendly and approachable personality with a desire to contribute positively to the team and guest experience.
• Ability to stay composed and organized in a fast-paced setting.
