Home Delivery Driver

Role Overview

We are looking for Home Delivery Drivers who take pride in delivering excellent service and enjoy staying active and independent. This position offers the opportunity to be the direct face of Iceland Foods while connecting with customers during deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow safe loading procedures to handle heavy lifting and manual tasks.
• Adhere to all safe driving standards to ensure safety on the road.
• Perform daily vehicle checks to maintain van condition.
• Ensure food items are delivered to customers in perfect condition.
• Deliver friendly and helpful customer service.
• Assist with in-store duties when necessary.
• Work independently and manage time effectively.
• Adapt to flexible shifts that vary between 6am and 11pm.

Candidate Requirements

• Hold a full driving license for at least 3 years with no more than 6 points.
• Exhibit a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for creating excellent customer experiences.
• Be punctual and able to meet deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and awareness of road safety.

Compensation and Benefits

• An hourly wage of £13.71.
