Role Overview

We are currently in search of driven and quality-focused Hiring Partners who excel at sourcing and have a passion for matching exceptional candidates with remarkable job openings.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing, whether agency, internal, or freelance
• Strong enthusiasm for pinpointing top-tier talent
• Preference for specializing in sourcing rather than full recruitment cycles
• Ambition to cultivate a sustainable career in recruitment
• Desire to access high-caliber, exclusive job roles from leading organizations

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source qualified candidates for various levels ranging from entry to executive roles
• Assess candidate resumes and submit those that align well with client hiring criteria
• Partner with Delivery Managers to comprehend hiring objectives and priorities
• Use sourcing tools including LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, job boards, and social media platforms
• Track candidate progress leveraging designated company software
• Enhance recruitment skills through participation in a specialized training series titled "101 Recruitment Hacks"
