Highway Engineer

Role Overview

Join a leading infrastructure company in India as a Highway Engineer responsible for executing highway construction tasks aligned with approved designs, specifications, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee highway construction activities including earthwork, pavement laying, drainage systems, and structural components.
• Ensure all construction meets the standards of MoRTH, NHAI, IRC, and complies with project quality expectations.
• Collaborate closely with surveying, quality assurance/control, planning, and subcontractor teams to facilitate seamless project progress.
• Track daily work progress alongside manpower, equipment, and material usage at the construction site.
• Perform quantity measurements, verify completed work, and provide support for billing procedures.
• Proactively address and resolve any technical or construction-related challenges to avoid delays.
• Enforce stringent health, safety, and environmental protocols at the site.
• Document and maintain all site records, including progress and inspection reports, ensuring proper project documentation.
• Contribute towards meeting project goals related to quality, budget, and scheduling for successful highway project delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering or a B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering.
