Job Overview
City Centre Rotana Doha is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated housekeeping professionals committed to delivering exceptional guest service and innovative solutions to enhance the guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Delegate daily tasks to Housekeeping Supervisors and Room Attendants while maintaining an active presence on guest floors.
- Monitor the condition and proper cleaning and storage of housekeeping equipment.
- Oversee the prudent and safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals, ensuring maintenance issues are promptly reported and resolved.
- Supervise all vacuuming, polishing, carpet care, and general cleaning activities, ensuring they meet professional standards and adhere to schedules.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for team members, clarifying their roles and required standards.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of all housekeeping products and services.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should ideally hold a hospitality degree with proven experience in hotel housekeeping departments. Proficiency in written and spoken English, strong interpersonal skills, and effective problem-solving capabilities are essential. Familiarity with computers and Opera software is considered a plus.
