Role Overview

We are looking for skilled and adaptable freelance graphic designers to support numerous marketing, communication, and branding projects. This flexible, project-focused position includes production-centric design work as well as strategic brand campaigns. The selected professionals will be instrumental in transforming organizational messages into attractive visual stories that engage wide-ranging audiences. Key Responsibilities

• Create, design, and produce diverse graphic materials such as brochures, flyers, invitations, direct mailings, multi-page publications, posters, videos, web graphics, animated content, banners, plaques, social media images, logos, and other digital assets.
• Manage comprehensive campaign and event branding sets, including save-the-date cards, invitations, digital ads, environmental signage, presentations, and event-day materials.
• Ensure all designs adhere strictly to the organization’s branding guidelines to maintain visual consistency across print and digital media.
• Develop layouts integrating typography, imagery, and graphic components optimized for both physical and online platforms.
• Oversee projects from concept initiation to final delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and quality benchmarks.
• Assess final materials for visual uniformity, print output quality, color fidelity, and content accuracy, recommending enhancements as necessary.
• Prepare production-ready artwork files and optimized digital assets for printing and distribution.
• Occasionally handle urgent projects under tight deadlines to meet organizational requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather project specifications and provide creative solutions to support broader objectives.
• Maintain organized documentation and stay informed on current design trends and industry best practices.
• Adapt to shifting priorities and work efficiently under pressure to deliver timely results.

Candidate Qualifications

• Proven graphic design experience across print and digital mediums supported by a robust portfolio demonstrating creativity, typography, layout, branding, and storytelling capabilities.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Experience preparing multi-page publications and print-ready files is preferred.
• Ability to work autonomously while coordinating effectively with internal stakeholders.
• Additional skills such as motion graphics, video editing, and web design are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of brand standards and expertise in creating cohesive visual identities.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of juggling multiple projects efficiently.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills with a commitment to high-quality delivery.

Compensation and Benefits

This freelance role offers flexible work arrangements with competitive hourly compensation between 25 and 75 USD, depending on experience, project complexity, and skill level.
