Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will help deliver brand and communication goals by producing high-quality visual assets for digital, print, motion, and video needs. The role involves working closely with internal teams to turn briefs into clear, effective, and brand-consistent creative output. A successful candidate will bring solid design fundamentals, careful attention to detail, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle several priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for marketing, social media, internal communication, employer branding, campaigns, presentations, and digital channels.
- Convert business and creative briefs into engaging visual ideas and production-ready design work.
- Use Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva to develop static visuals, motion graphics, animated content, and edited video assets, including fast-turnaround deliverables.
- Ensure all creative output stays aligned with brand standards across every format and touchpoint.
- Work with cross-functional partners to deliver practical and effective creative solutions.
- Handle several projects at once while maintaining deadlines and quality expectations.
- Help improve creative workflows, templates, and content production methods.
- Keep up with design trends, evolving content formats, and new tools that can improve efficiency and creative quality.
Required Experience and Skills
The role calls for 5 to 7 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or multimedia design, along with a strong portfolio showing work in branding, campaign creatives, motion graphics, and video editing. Proficiency is needed in Adobe tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, along with working knowledge of Canva.
The designer should also be able to build polished, visually engaging PowerPoint presentations. A strong grasp of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and visual hierarchy is important, as are communication, stakeholder handling, and organizational skills. Experience in an MNC, corporate communications, or agency setting is preferred. Familiarity with generative AI tools, social media and short-form video content, presentation design, storyboarding, and accessibility principles is considered an advantage.
