About the Company

Godden | Sudik Architects, based in Denver Tech Center (DTC), is a nationally acclaimed architecture firm noted for its excellence in residential design. The firm is growing its internal graphics team to enhance 3D visualization capabilities while continuing work in 2D design and marketing.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop 2D project graphics and renderings utilizing AutoCAD and Photoshop.
• Create 3D models and renderings through Revit and/or SketchUp, supplemented by 3ds Max and Enscape for rendering purposes.
• Assist in forming architectural vision documents for various projects.
• Work closely with project teams to choose and visually represent project colors and materials.
• Design and arrange project proposals, RFQs, brochures, and marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Keep abreast of new visualization technologies and AI-assisted design tools to integrate them into workflows.
• Help develop and maintain office standards along with internal tutorial resources.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives including website content, press releases, social media, and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit is preferred.
• Some experience or exposure to 3D software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape preferred; training available.
• Interest in emerging technologies and AI-enhanced visualization/design tools.
• Basic understanding of WordPress and HTML is advantageous.
• Strong grasp of color theory, typography, layout, and composition.
• Comprehension of branding and creating visual identity.
• Sketching or drawing skills are a benefit.
• Degree in Architecture, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Meticulous attention to detail with pride in quality output.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn new technical skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Capable of meeting deadlines within a studio setting.
