Role Overview
As the business rapidly grows, Rebel Rebel seeks a seasoned Global Supply Chain Manager to oversee comprehensive supply chain operations. This leadership position ensures optimal inventory placement and timing while continuously improving systems and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and manage the full global supply chain involving four 3PL warehouse locations worldwide.
- Handle purchasing and production orders with Chinese manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate with commercial and operations teams to forecast purchasing needs, maintaining ideal stock levels for five distinct brands and around 800 SKUs, supporting frequent new product introductions and business expansion.
- Allocate stock efficiently across warehouses to maximize availability.
- Organize and manage international stock movements between warehouses.
- Ensure inventory accuracy via regular reconciliations, cycle counts, and stringent stock controls.
- Promptly address and rectify any inventory inconsistencies.
- Lead inventory reporting and monitor stock health across operations.
- Manage international inbound freight logistics from China, working closely with freight forwarders and logistics companies to track shipping schedules and address delays or risks.
- Continuously assess freight performance to enhance efficiency and reduce expenses.
- Maintain accuracy of inventory transactions in the Unleashed ERP system, including purchasing, receiving, transfers, adjustments, and stock movements.
- Promote improvements in reporting, automation, and supply chain practices, utilizing AI tools to boost forecasting, reporting, and operational decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two Inventory Administrators, establishing clear goals and promoting a culture of accountability and ongoing improvement.
- Assist the Operations Director with strategic planning and operational initiatives related to the supply chain.
- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance process efficiency, precision, and scalability across the global supply chain.
- Create insightful reports and dashboards to support business decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and warehouse partners to optimize planning and inventory management.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in a comparable senior supply chain management role.
- Expertise managing inventories across several warehouse locations and international supply chains.
- Strong background in purchasing and supplier relations, particularly with manufacturers in China.
- Comprehensive knowledge of international freight and logistics management.
- Experience leading and developing team members.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical skills.
- Familiarity with ERP systems for inventory management, with Unleashed ERP experience being a plus.
- Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
- A mindset oriented towards continuous improvement and ability to challenge existing methods.
- Comfort using AI technologies to enhance reporting, planning, and operational efficiency.
- Excellent organization, commercial awareness, and capability to handle multiple priorities accurately.
- Knowledge of demand planning and inventory forecasting.
- Experienced in managing multiple third-party logistics providers.

- Prior experience with Unleashed ERP.
- Background in beauty, consumer goods, or FMCG sectors.
