About the Role
As a Global Pricing Manager at Nordex Group, you will design pricing strategies and price intelligence for international wind energy projects. This role supports sales teams in making informed commercial decisions by integrating market and business analysis with the creation of advanced pricing and analytics solutions. You will collaborate closely with global sales teams and other relevant stakeholders to streamline processes and enable data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Support international sales teams in making strategic pricing decisions based on market and competitor analysis.
- Analyze customer business plans, key performance indicators, and economic drivers to identify important pricing factors and market opportunities.
- Work closely with sales and other commercial functions to systematically uncover value creation potential.
- Design, develop, and oversee AI-driven pricing, reporting, and commercial analytics tools.
- Automate existing pricing processes, replacing manual Excel and email workflows with efficient digital solutions.
- Produce market analyses, reports, and actionable recommendations for global pricing and sales decisions.
- Train users on the newly developed tools and promote their sustainable application in daily operations.
Candidate Profile
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Controlling, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Professional experience in pricing, sales, inside sales, project purchasing, product strategy, or solution development for commercial teams.
- Proven expertise in developing and operating productive applications alongside deploying robust technical architectures.
- Excellent skills in Excel and financial modeling, with practical experience using Power BI, SQL, and data analytics tools.
- Working knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, structured business data, and automated workflows.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Dataverse, Microsoft Power Platform including Copilot Studio and Power Automate.
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to independently translate business requirements into technical implementations.
