Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead multiple project teams working across Fit Out, Heavy Refurbishment, and New Build initiatives.

• Forge and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and crucial stakeholders.
• Identify and implement improvements to project management systems, processes, and delivery methods.

Candidate Profile

• Substantial experience managing commercial construction projects, with exposure to Fit Out, Heavy Refurbishment, and New Build sectors.
• Background as a General Manager, Project Director, Construction Manager, or Senior Project Manager with a track record of executive leadership.
• Strong commercial insight coupled with operational expertise.
• Excellent leadership skills combined with superior communication and relationship-building abilities.
