The Role

We are seeking full stack engineers who can rapidly develop across BJAK's AI Finance Agent. This position suits product-oriented engineers able to navigate frontend, backend, internal tools, and customer journey development, transforming ideas quickly into functional products.

Primary Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end customer-facing and internal product features.
• Build web-based flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational technology systems.
• Support a diverse suite of financial products including insurance, payments, savings, investments, travel, and general financial services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in product, design, mobile, and operations to ensure rapid product launches.
• Integrate various APIs and manage data pipelines to enhance production stability and reliability.
• Leverage analytics, user feedback, and issue tracking to continually improve features post-launch.
• Create tools to automate manual tasks and accelerate business processes.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years in full stack software engineering roles.
• Proficient grounding in frontend and backend development principles.
• Experience working with contemporary web frameworks, RESTful APIs, databases, and live production environments.
• Ability to build functional products rapidly without reliance on exhaustive specifications.
• Strong product intuition, user experience understanding, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Comfortable diagnosing and debugging issues throughout the full stack.
• Background in fintech, insurtech, marketplace platforms, consumer applications, or high-transaction systems is highly valued.

Location and Language

This fully remote position requires candidates to be resident in Singapore, targeting the local market. English is the primary language used across teams globally, so strong English communication skills are essential.
