Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a multi-talented and analytical Full Stack Developer / Business Analyst who can bridge business requirements with technical development. This position blends software development across the full stack with business analysis to create, enhance, and support scalable applications. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze and improve business processes, and deliver technical solutions aligned with organizational goals. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business needs.
• Convert business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain web and enterprise applications covering frontend and backend aspects.
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces alongside scalable backend services.
• Develop and manage APIs, databases, and integrate third-party systems.
• Engage in system architecture design, application planning, and technical decision-making.
• Analyze existing business processes to recommend technology-driven improvements.
• Generate wireframes, user workflows, user stories, and process documentation.
• Conduct software testing, debugging, and optimize applications to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work jointly with developers, product managers, QA, and business teams throughout the development life cycle.
• Track application performance and implement enhancements aimed at scalability and improved user experience.
• Support deployment phases, system maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolve production issues.
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, reports, and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure developed solutions adhere to security, quality, and organizational standards.
• Promote continuous improvement by automating processes, fostering innovation, and adopting best development practices.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• In-depth knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC), business analysis techniques, and system design principles.
• Proficiency with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Understanding of backend development concepts, RESTful API design, databases, and server-side technologies.
• Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience using version control systems such as Git.
• Awareness of cloud services, DevOps principles, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) workflows is beneficial.
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or comparable software development methodologies.
• Skilled in gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business requirements effectively.
• Strong analytical capabilities, problem-solving, and critical reasoning skills.
