Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and autonomous freelancer to help us bring our learning materials alive, both didactically and visually, over the next six months. This project-based role offers flexibility with fully remote work and close digital collaboration.

Key Details

• Start: Immediate or as per mutual agreement
• Duration: Project-based, limited to six months
• Location: Fully remote with strong digital connectivity

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop engaging, modern, varied, and audience-appropriate e-learning and microlearning content.
• Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) by integrating new content and constructing visually appealing learning paths for our teams.
• Ensure all digital training materials meet high didactic and visual quality standards.

Candidate Profile

• Experience with Docebo LMS and/or Genially, especially the latter for interactive content creation; proficiency in both is a strong plus.
• Strong instructional design skills with the ability to make complex subjects engaging and memorable.
• Highly self-motivated and able to implement projects independently with proactive thinking and structured project management.
