Franchise Sales Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality franchise leads using digital marketing, referrals, exhibitions, and networking.
• Engage with and assess prospective franchise investors.
• Arrange and conduct discovery calls and detailed business presentations.
• Clarify the franchise structure, investment requirements, expected returns, and available support.
• Organize store visits and office meetings for prospects.
• Convert eligible prospects into franchise partners effectively.
• Manage all leads via CRM, maintaining accurate and up-to-date interaction records.
• Consistently follow up with prospects and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
• Submit daily reports detailing sales activities.
• Identify new expansion opportunities in targeted cities.
• Build strategic relationships with investors and entrepreneurs.
• Participate in franchise expos and networking events to generate leads and referrals.
• Leverage existing franchisee networks for referral business.

Sales Targets and KPIs

• Achieve monthly targets including: 150+ new franchise leads, 60+ qualified leads, 100+ discovery calls, 25+ scheduled and 20+ completed store visits, 25+ franchise presentations, 20+ business proposals sent, 400+ follow-up calls, and signing 2 to 4 franchise agreements.
• Maintain prompt lead response times to maximize conversions.
