Role Overview

The Food and Drinks Runner position involves supporting the restaurant floor team by ensuring smooth and lively service for all guests. This role is key in delivering food and beverages promptly and maintaining the restaurant environment to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver food, drinks, wine, desserts, and pasta directly to guests with care and efficiency.
• Assist with opening and closing duties of the floor area, including polishing cutlery and folding napkins.
• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and comply with health and safety regulations throughout the restaurant floor.
• Provide support to team members during service, displaying a proactive and positive outlook.
• Create an inviting atmosphere by engaging with guests warmly and professionally, making their visits memorable.

Candidate Profile

• A genuine enthusiasm for Italian cuisine and a commitment to excellent guest service.
• A high-energy approach, proactive mindset, and ability to work well within a team.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is required.
• Excellent communication abilities for interacting with guests and staff.
• Flexible work availability, especially during evenings and weekends.

Compensation and Benefits

• Permanent full-time employment.
• Hourly wage of £14.21 inclusive of Tronc.
• Five working days per week, with two days off.
