Primary Responsibilities

The Fluid & Cement Supervisor will oversee and enhance drilling fluid and cementing operations at the rig site, enforce safety leadership, and guarantee that offshore drilling, completion, and workover projects are conducted safely, efficiently, cost-effectively, and comply fully with operational and health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum or Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Have a minimum of eight years of pertinent work experience in fluid and cement operations.
• Demonstrate strong technical knowledge in chemistry related to cementing and drilling mud.
• Exhibit behavioral skills such as resilience under pressure, leadership, proactivity, creativity, the ability to work collaboratively within multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Fluent proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French is considered advantageous.
