Job description
Role Overview
Power One Micro Systems, a leading power protection equipment supplier established in 1992, seeks a skilled Finance and Accounts professional to contribute to its financial operations in Bengaluru, India. A recipient of prestigious national awards, the company offers a dynamic environment for managing comprehensive financial functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable by processing and ensuring prompt payments to vendors.
- Supervise Accounts Receivable to optimize customer collections and cash flow.
- Conduct daily banking activities including payment processing and bank reconciliations.
- Arrange and oversee funding to support working capital requirements effectively.
- Liaise with banks to handle loans, Letters of Credit, Bank Guarantees, and related financial facilities.
- Administer import-related transactions, international remittances, and trade finance operations.
- Compile monthly Management Information System reports and perform detailed financial performance analysis.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and analysis of budget variances to enhance financial planning.
- Implement and maintain robust financial controls, audit readiness, and continuous improvement of processes.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory financial regulations.
Compensation
The position offers a salary range between 800,000 and 1,100,000 INR annually.
