Job Overview

We are looking for a Field Sales Manager to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. The role involves sourcing and managing a sales team, driving new KYC business, and enhancing sales productivity through effective training and motivation.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and select sales executives for each branch within the cluster.
• Provide field training to sales staff and ensure their adherence to sales practices.
• Drive new KYC (Know Your Customer) business acquisition actively.
• Enhance sales communication and boost productivity through attractive incentives, rewards, and awards based on performance.
• Travel extensively across the assigned cluster to conduct meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Perform market analysis to identify key areas, setting targets for locations and dates to maximize results.
• Conduct regular staff reviews aimed at improving the quality and volume of leads and overall business growth.

Candidate Profile

• Any regular undergraduate qualification.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, with proven team handling skills.
• Age requirement between 25 and 37 years.
