About the Role
We are seeking proactive Field Sales Executives to join the core sales team at Paytm. Working on the company’s payroll, you will play a key role in expanding Paytm's network by visiting local markets, onboarding new merchants, and providing continuous support.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to different local markets to engage and onboard new merchants onto Paytm's platform.
- Set up Paytm QR Codes and Soundboxes at merchant locations.
- Educate merchants on effective usage of Paytm’s digital payment products ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with merchants and offer ongoing on-ground assistance.
Candidate Requirements
- Must own an Android smartphone to manage the applications involved.
- Possession of a valid driving license and personal bike or scooter for commuting to merchant locations.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer interactions confidently.
- Previous experience in field sales is desirable; however, fresh graduates with determination and confidence are welcomed to apply.
