Role Overview

The position of Field Recruiter is a full-time, on-premises role located in Vizianagaram. This role focuses on recruiting frontline and operational staff essential to Ekart’s logistics operations. The recruiter's daily responsibilities encompass sourcing, screening, interviewing, and managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, including candidate engagement and onboarding. Collaborating closely with operational and HR teams, the recruiter will design and execute recruitment drives to meet staffing demands efficiently. The role requires updating and maintaining candidate records, monitoring recruitment metrics, and ensuring full compliance with company policies and governing labor laws. Building and nurturing relationships with candidates and community partners to foster a sustainable talent pipeline is also a key component.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential candidates suitable for frontline and operational positions through various sourcing methods.
• Conduct candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns in partnership with operational and HR stakeholders, ensuring alignment with workforce requirements.
• Oversee the recruitment process from initial outreach to candidate onboarding.
• Maintain accurate candidate databases and recruitment records for tracking and reporting purposes.
• Build positive rapport with candidates and external partners to enhance recruitment reach and quality.
• Ensure recruitment practices adhere to company guidelines and local labor regulations.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficient in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, particularly in high-volume or field recruitment settings.
• Experienced in managing the full recruitment cycle and coordinating recruitment drives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage effectively with candidates and internal teams.
• Strong organizational skills enabling multitasking and prioritizing in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with fundamental HR operations, labor laws, and ethical recruitment practices.
• Comfortable utilizing recruitment software, spreadsheets, and digital platforms for candidate tracking and reporting.
• Prior recruitment experience in logistics, e-commerce, or high-volume operations is advantageous.
• Educational background: minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related fields.
• Availability to work onsite in Vizianagaram with occasional local travel; adaptability to fast-paced operational settings is essential.
