F&B Service Expert

Position Summary

This role focuses on creating memorable dining experiences beyond just serving food. The F&B Service Expert proactively delivers diverse services to ensure guests enjoy their meals, including setting tables, liaising with the kitchen, serving guests, and maintaining clean work areas and supplies. This role makes every guest transaction part of an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

Success in this position relies on maintaining a safe work environment, adhering to company policies, meeting quality standards, and presenting a professional appearance and conduct at all times. The Service Expert will be active on their feet for extended periods, navigating varied floor surfaces, managing menu knowledge through reading and visual verification, and performing physical tasks such as moving objects up to 25 pounds unassisted (50 pounds with assistance) and various reaching and bending motions. Additional reasonable duties may also be assigned.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.)
• Work Experience: Less than one year of relevant experience
• Supervisory Experience: None required
