Position Overview

The Fan Space Associate position is based exclusively at our Los Angeles Fan Space located at 7323 Beverly Blvd, LA, CA 90036. This part-time role requires weekend availability and working hours between 10:30 AM and 7:30 PM local time.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Fan Space team to cultivate an inviting and thrilling atmosphere for fans visiting our LA location.
• Manage monetary transactions and sales using Shopify POS technology.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with teammates and customers alike.
• Ensure high performance standards regardless of crowd size.
• Support various Fan Space duties including customer service, minor maintenance tasks, floor and inventory monitoring, and sales tracking.
• Contribute to creative projects as needed.

Qualifications

• A passionate interest in K-pop music and related content.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Minimum educational requirement of a high school diploma.
• Experience with Excel and/or Google Suite tools.
• Comfortable engaging publicly and managing crowds.
• Possess 1-2 years of retail experience.
• Physical capability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with the ability to quickly think creatively and balance data-driven intuition.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of 10 or more to ensure a vibrant, welcoming environment for K-pop enthusiasts.

Compensation and Application
