About the Role
Rainforest Luxury Villas seeks a proactive and detail-focused Facilities Executive to oversee daily maintenance and operational activities across our managed luxury villas and common property areas in North Goa. The position prioritizes maintaining high standards in property upkeep and coordinating service providers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate routine maintenance and operations of common areas within assigned luxury properties.
- Oversee housekeeping, security, gardening, and other supporting service teams or contractors.
- Plan and supervise both preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with contractors and vendors ensuring timely and quality completion of tasks.
- Perform regular inspections of properties and facilities to recognize maintenance needs promptly.
- Respond swiftly to maintenance concerns and organize prompt solutions.
- Maintain comprehensive records including maintenance logs, reports, inventories, and service schedules.
- Guarantee adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and operational expectations.
- Support the Facilities Manager in delivering streamlined property operations.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, property or hospitality sectors.
- Strong communication skills along with good interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and capability to solve problems effectively.
- Competent in handling multiple tasks under dynamic and fast-paced conditions.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications such as MS Office.
- Possession of a valid driving license and personal transportation is preferable.
- Willingness and adaptability to align work hours with operational needs.
- Experience with residential societies, gated communities, luxury villas, hotels, or commercial property management is advantageous.
