Bhopal M.S. Steel Fabrication is seeking a proficient Fabrication Fitter to become part of their steel fabrication unit based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have practical experience in structural fabrication, welding techniques, and metal fitting operations. Job Responsibilities

• Execute structural fabrication and metal fitting tasks following project specifications.
• Perform welding operations including TIG, Arc, and GMAW welding methods.
• Interpret and accurately measure from fabrication drawings.
• Assemble, fit, and join metal parts utilizing appropriate tools and techniques.
• Check completed work to ensure quality standards and dimensional precision.
• Keep welding machines and fabrication tools properly maintained.
• Adhere to safety protocols and sustain a tidy work environment.
• Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet deadlines.

Candidate Requirements

• Age between 18 and 35 years.
• Male candidates only.
• Minimum educational qualification of 10th Pass or below.
• No requirement for English language proficiency.
• At least 6 months of relevant work experience in fabrication or fitting.

Skills Needed

• Knowledge of fabrication processes.
• Proficiency in fitting techniques.
• Experience with structural fabrication.
• Ability to perform TIG, Arc, and GMAW welding.
• Metal joining expertise.
• Understanding of metal characteristics and welding operations.

Compensation and Benefits

• Monthly salary range between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 based on skills and experience.
• Additional performance-based incentive of ₹2,000 per month.
