Role & Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement export sales strategies catered to diverse international markets.
- Identify and cultivate new business prospects across regions like Africa, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Australia, and Latin America.
- Establish and maintain effective relationships with international clients, project contractors, distributors, consultants, and project owners.
- Generate sales inquiries, develop techno-commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure export orders.
- Promote sales of equipment including Stacker Reclaimers, Wagon Tipplers, Crushers, Feeders, and various conveyor systems for bulk material handling solutions.
- Engage in international tendering processes, global procurement opportunities, and manage overseas projects.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging business opportunities, competitor activities, and country-specific potentials.
- Collaborate internally with engineering, estimation, production, logistics, finance, and project execution teams to ensure smooth project deliveries.
- Handle export documentation, commercial terms compliance, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, export regulations, and international contract stipulations.
- Represent the organization at international exhibitions, trade fairs, customer engagements, and industry gatherings.
- Develop and oversee an international agent and distributor network to facilitate market development and expansion.
- Prepare and present annual export business plans, sales forecasts, budgets, and management information system (MIS) reports.
- Meet or surpass assigned revenue, profitability, and market growth objectives for exports.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in handling material handling products, particularly Stacker Reclaimers, Crushers, Feeders, and Wagon Tipplers; export sales exposure is highly preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of international tendering procedures, export documentation, global commercial practices, Incoterms, Letters of Credit, and contract negotiations.
- Strong technical and commercial insight coupled with excellent negotiation abilities.
Eligibility and Educational Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech or B.E.) is required.
