Overview
Join a prominent government organization in Abu Dhabi committed to advancing strategic infrastructure and urban development through high-impact governance and sustainable projects. This role seeks a seasoned professional skilled in crafting executive-level reports, presentations, and briefing materials that distill complex strategic and business information into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership and boards.
Key Duties
- Produce high-caliber executive reports, briefing notes, dashboards, and timely leadership communications.
- Design and deliver materials tailored for board meetings, executive committees, and senior management.
- Simplify intricate operational, strategic, and project data into effective executive narratives.
- Create visually engaging presentations employing persuasive storytelling and design principles.
- Develop and maintain uniform templates and formatting standards for executive communications.
- Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to collect, verify, and integrate information.
- Edit and polish documents to achieve clarity, precision, and professionalism suitable for executive audiences.
- Manage sensitive and confidential tasks with discretion and exhaustive attention to detail.
- Craft executive-level briefing materials and presentations ensuring consistency, clarity, and impactful delivery aligned with leadership objectives.
- Translate complex business strategies and key organizational developments into engaging decks and updates for diverse audiences.
- Partner with cross-departmental teams to align messages, design elements, and communications with corporate priorities.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Public Policy, Journalism, Design, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in fields like executive reporting, strategic communication, management consulting, board affairs, or equivalent.
- Demonstrated ability to prepare board-level reports, executive briefings, and governance documentation.
- Exceptional skills in writing, editing, storytelling for business contexts, and structuring content effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and advanced skills in preparing executive documentation.
- Strong analytical abilities paired with meticulous attention to detail; effective as an individual contributor or subject matter expert.
