Position Overview
Amazon is looking for a highly organized and self-driven Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the senior leadership team within the Talent Acquisition Tech (TA Tech) group. This role demands strong multitasking abilities, careful attention to deadlines, exceptional organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple high-priority tasks simultaneously. Maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity when working with sensitive information is essential, alongside a positive sense of humor and excellent interpersonal skills.
This position requires working five days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of calendar management for Directors, ensuring effective scheduling and prioritization.
- Coordinate, negotiate, and schedule meetings with internal and external stakeholders, accommodating various schedules.
- Apply discretion and sound judgment to establish meeting priorities.
- Manage all domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and promptly submit business expense claims and follow up on reimbursements when needed.
- Handle communications including drafting, editing, emailing, and review of announcements and correspondence.
- Use time management and organizational strategies to balance responsibilities efficiently and set priorities.
- Securely organize and maintain sensitive, confidential, or technical information.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance personal and departmental workflow.
- Collaborate with other Executive Assistants and business partners to coordinate major corporate events and meetings.
Typical Day
The role requires effective communication within a collaborative environment, quick and decisive action-taking, and proactive resolution of complex challenges with minimal supervision. The Executive Assistant will become a trusted support resource for leadership members, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate professionalism in all interactions.

Basic Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years supporting senior-level leadership or at least 1 year of experience at Amazon.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and related applications.
- Experience managing executive-level calendars.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in a fast-paced, technology-focused organization.
- Proven expertise in managing multiple calendars simultaneously.

Benefits
Compensation includes an annual base salary ranging from $80,200 to $97,400, supplemented by sign-on bonuses and restricted stock units (RSUs). Work Location
