  • Create and maintain event invitations, registration pages, and related communications via Vuture system.
  • Ensure all event content on websites, intranet, and internal platforms remains accurate and current.
  • Design event invitations and internal listings consistent with Kennedys’ brand and communication style.
  • Compile and monitor attendee lists with input from lawyers and BD colleagues, overseeing RSVP management.
  • Update attendance records promptly after events and collect feedback for comprehensive event summaries.
  • Publish webinar recordings online with consistent branding and update digital content accordingly.
  • Develop strong working partnerships across Business Development, facilities, reception, and external vendors.
  • Oversee coordination of event materials and promotional merchandise while maintaining brand integrity and budget awareness.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Excellent organizational capabilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Strong written communication skills with a focus on professionalism and client orientation.
  • Confidence in using CRM software, email marketing tools, and spreadsheet applications such as Excel.
