Job Location and Experience
This role is based in Umm Al Quwain, UAE at Synergy Controls LLC. Candidates should possess between three to four years of relevant industry experience.
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Estimation Engineer specializing in Industrial Automation with expertise in Motor Control Panels. The engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates and quotations for a range of panels including PLC Control Panels, MCC/Switchgear Panels, VFD Panels, and Soft Starter Panels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates and prepare quotations for various control panels.
- Interpret customer needs along with local design standards.
- Select appropriate components to enhance cost efficiency and competitiveness in bids.
- Conduct market price analyses and evaluate supplier quotations to optimize costs.
Qualifications and Experience
- Holds a Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
- Possesses 3-4 years of experience specifically in control panel estimation.
- Demonstrates strong understanding of automation systems, switchgear, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and panel design methodologies.
- Experience working within the UAE market is highly desirable.
