Role Overview

This role offers an exciting chance to contribute significantly within Aughinish by being part of a multidisciplinary team tasked with delivering excellent operational, maintenance, and technical support services that assist in managing a production business unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and establish care plans for every equipment item.
• Scope, schedule, and oversee the correct execution of operational tasks as defined in care plans.
• Plan and enforce routine operational work schedules.
• Evaluate equipment that negatively impacts production, operations, or energy efficiency and adjust maintenance routines accordingly.
• Ensure all equipment undergoes maintenance as per agreed schedules.
• Troubleshoot basic faults in production equipment.

Additional Duties

Applicants with prior experience in maintenance or process operations combined with an external academic qualification will be preferred. The role requires strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities along with a decisive mindset. Comprehensive training will be provided to support effective integration into this role.
