Entry Level Software Engineer

About the Role

Our expanding corporate operations have created an opening for a Junior Software Engineer to join our IT team full-time at our Navi Mumbai office. The role involves working primarily on Administrative Systems and updating older applications. Candidates with meticulous attention to detail, eagerness to take ownership of processes, and enthusiasm for adopting new technologies are highly sought after.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document user requirements.
• Design, develop, update, and maintain software applications.
• Engage in software validation by developing, reviewing, and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
• Follow the complete software development lifecycle including requirements gathering, designing, coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance of applications.
• Collaborate effectively with team members on projects, development tasks, tools, and procedures.
• Apply skills in object-oriented programming with C#, database management using SQL, and web development with ASP.NET.
• Possibility to lead software development projects in the future.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• Familiarity with technologies such as C#, Angular, Webservices, GraphQL, Git, and relational databases is preferred.
• Experience with Entity Framework and Azure DevOps is beneficial.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software release practices.
• Experience transitioning systems to cloud platforms, particularly Azure, is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills along with excellent written and verbal communication abilities in English.
