Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Managing the progress of software development projects, formulating technical roadmaps, facilitating integrations between internal and external systems, and overseeing project priorities and timelines are daily tasks. Collaborating with product, operations, and compliance departments to convert business needs into scalable technical designs is essential. The role also requires promoting coding, testing, and deployment best practices, monitoring system efficiency, mitigating technical risks, and encouraging ongoing improvement and knowledge exchange among team members.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated strong leadership in engineering management with experience in mentoring, team performance management, and cross-team collaboration.
• Practical background in software development with capability to guide architectural decisions and review technical designs.
• Proven project management skills including planning, prioritization, effective communication with stakeholders, and risk mitigation.
• Hands-on experience integrating systems and APIs, connecting third-party platforms or internal software.
• Possession of a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field; advanced degrees are advantageous.
• Experience leading teams within professional services, financial industry, or compliance-focused sectors is a plus.
• Knowledge of secure software development methodologies, data protection, and compliance or regulatory standards.
• Strong communication abilities suitable for multicultural teams and hybrid work environments.
