About the Role
The Real Estate and Facilities (RE&F) team at this global company is part of the Corporate Services department and manages the entire real estate lifecycle globally. This includes space planning, transaction handling, project execution, and facilities operations. The team has expanded alongside company growth since its establishment in 2015.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Design, Construction, and Workplace Operations to support real estate and workplace projects.
- Assist in managing different phases of real estate projects such as office fit-outs, renovations, workplace improvements, and strategic plans.
- Coordinate with consultants, architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors ensuring project milestones and quality standards are met.
- Support project planning activities including budgeting, scheduling, coordinating resources, and managing risks to facilitate efficient delivery.
- Foster relationships with internal teams, landlords, service providers, and local authorities to aid project compliance and progress.
- Prepare project documentation, status reports, and stakeholder communications while contributing to process enhancements and operational excellence.
- Gain comprehensive insight into the real estate lifecycle by rotating through various areas of the Corporate Real Estate function.
Qualifications
Minimum: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management or a related field. At least one year of relevant experience in project management, corporate real estate, construction, facilities management, workplace services, or similar domains. Excellent organizational skills, multitasking ability, strong communication, and stakeholder management skills required. Analytical thinking, problem-solving capabilities, proactive attitude, and willingness to learn across different real estate areas are essential. This role requires full-time onsite presence (five days per week).
Preferred: Internship or professional exposure in commercial real estate, workplace design, construction, or facilities management is advantageous. Basic knowledge of project delivery and commercial real estate lifecycle beneficial. Familiarity with project management tools and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Project, or equivalents is a plus. A passion for the built environment and an ambition to build a career in Corporate Real Estate is highly desirable.
