Position Overview

Resicum International LLC is seeking a skilled eLearning Developer for a full-time remote role supporting Air Force Special Operations training initiatives at Hurlburt Field, Florida. This position will lead the design, creation, and enhancement of advanced digital learning platforms to improve the preparedness and effectiveness of Air Force Special Tactics personnel. The role involves working closely with military leadership, instructional designers, instructors, and subject matter experts to convert complex operational tactics into engaging learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end development of eLearning projects including planning, design, development, deployment, and evaluation.
Create interactive digital training content, multimedia modules, simulations, and blended learning environments tailored to Special Tactics training programs.
Translate intricate operational procedures and strategies into clear, effective online educational materials.
Ensure all instructional products are technically accurate, operationally relevant, and uphold quality standards.
Collaborate with various stakeholders to identify training needs and develop targeted learning solutions.
Maintain and manage learning assets within LMS platforms, ensuring SCORM and xAPI compliance.
Design assessments and knowledge checks to measure learner performance.
Analyze learner feedback and performance data to drive continuous improvements in learning effectiveness.
Manage multiple concurrent development projects, adhering to set timelines and quality benchmarks.
Support modernization initiatives to enhance Special Operations training using emerging technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Instructional Technology, or a related discipline.
At least five years of experience in instructional technology and eLearning development supporting the Department of Defense.
Proven ability to develop technology-enabled learning solutions applying instructional design principles.
Experience with LMS management and creating SCORM/xAPI compliant content.
Strong familiarity with Instructional Systems Design (ISD) methodologies and adult learning theories.
Highly skilled in communication, project management, and collaboration with military personnel and subject matter experts.
Active Secret Security Clearance.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

Master's degree in Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.
Prior experience supporting Air Force Special Operations Command or similar military organizations.
Expertise with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Camtasia, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
Experience developing interactive simulations, scenario-based training, and multimedia learning products.
Familiarity with LMS platforms including Moodle, Blackboard, and Cornerstone.
Previous Department of Defense contractor experience.
